Research Analysis
Research Analysis
I conducted an online survey through Typeform for 5 respondents who represented this research. I asked some questions to understand user habits, their needs, and expectations.

After that, I collected all the results from that survey and gathered all of them using affinity mapping. Through affinity mapping, I could easily identify patterns and trends in user responses and assist in prioritizing design changes and enhancements. I generated it into some pain points that are felt by users.

Based on user responses on survey stage, I found that some users encountered challenges when attempting to cancel their orders. This led to frustration and a less-than-ideal user experience. To address that issue, users will be able to cancel their orders with just one clicks or taps, eliminating unnecessary steps and reducing the time required for cancellation to under one minute. This enhancement aims to improve user satisfaction and ease the process of order cancellation significantly.
Users also sometimes struggled to revisit and modify their previously selected items in the cart. This hindered their ability to make changes to their orders before checkout. I designed the cart section to make it effortless for users to return to their initial cart, view, and edit their selections, and proceed to checkout without confusion. By doing so, I aim to enhance user flexibility and control over their orders, resulting in a smoother overall ordering process.

Conclusion
Conclusion
This project has focused on identified users and user flows. In conclusion, this project demonstrates a holistic approach to designing and developing a South Korean food ordering app. Throughout the project, I learned the paramount importance of placing users at the center of the design process. User surveys and feedback were instrumental in shaping the app's features and usability.
If I had more time, I could have collected survey responses from more target users. Incorporate user feedback mechanisms directly within the app, such as in-app surveys or feedback forms. This will encourage users to provide feedback, making it easier to gather insights for continuous improvement.
